Born in McComb, Ohio, USA, from 1946 onward, Irene's burden to serve God in India is changed. In June 1948, the twenty-eight year old American girl sets sail from New York toward Beirut, Lebanon. Through a whirlwind series of events, Irene gets to the place God called her: Jerusalem, Israel. Marrying there, she and her husband minster to Arabs and Jews, refugees and Holocaust survivors.
Irene's desire to build a bridge between Jews and Arabs, based on their Semitic roots in God's Word, continues to this very day. Throughout her ninety-one years on this earth, Irene sees and experiences God's unchangeable love. This is her story.
